Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection at welvere.com, select the print you love, choose your size, and add it to your cart. Follow the checkout steps to enter your delivery address and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal and any other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely — we never store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at hey@welvere.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed and dispatched.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. As soon as your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don't see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's still not there, contact us at hey@welvere.com and we'll sort it out.
Are your prices in GBP?
Yes, all prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All payments are processed through our secure, PCI DSS compliant payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our systems.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is completely free on all orders. No minimum spend, no hidden fees — just free delivery, every time.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 0 to 1 business days. Once dispatched, please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery. Your total estimated delivery time from the date of your order is 3 to 8 business days.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track My Order page.
What if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your order status on our Track My Order page. If you're still concerned, contact us at hey@welvere.com and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.
What if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?
Please first check around your property and with any neighbours. If you still can't locate your package, contact us at hey@welvere.com within 7 days and we'll look into it straight away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. For full details, please visit our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hey@welvere.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 24 hours with instructions on how to send your item back.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you've changed your mind, return shipping is your responsibility. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping cost in full.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or card provider to reflect the payment.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hey@welvere.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer — and we'll cover all return shipping costs.
Can I exchange my print for a different design?
Yes, we offer exchanges for a different design. Email us at hey@welvere.com with your order number and the design you'd like instead. If there's a price difference, we'll arrange payment or a partial refund accordingly.
Product & Artwork
What sizes do your prints come in?
We offer a range of sizes to suit any space. Available sizes are listed on each individual product page. If you're unsure which size is right for your wall, feel free to contact us at hey@welvere.com and we'll be happy to help.
Are your prints framed?
Yes, our prints come ready-framed so they're ready to hang the moment they arrive. Full product details including frame style and finish are listed on each product page.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials throughout — from the paper and inks used in printing to the frames themselves. Each print is produced to the highest standard so it looks stunning on your wall for years to come.
Will the colours look exactly as they do on screen?
We do our best to represent colours as accurately as possible in our product images. However, colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen's brightness and colour settings. If you have any questions about a specific print, feel free to reach out at hey@welvere.com.
Do you offer custom or personalised prints?
We don't currently offer custom prints, but we're always working on new designs. Follow us on social media or sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know about new arrivals.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Do you offer wholesale or bulk ordering?
Yes, we do. If you're interested in ordering multiple prints for a business, hotel, office, or interior design project, we'd love to hear from you. Please get in touch at hey@welvere.com with details of what you're looking for and we'll put together a tailored quote for you.
Is there a minimum order quantity for wholesale?
