1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be new or only slightly used
  • Be in original condition
  • Include original packaging

We do not accept returns for items that:

  • Have been heavily used or damaged by the customer
  • Are missing original packaging
  • Are returned after 30 days

3. How to Start a Return

  • Reason for return

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer responsibility: For change-of-mind returns
  • Free return shipping: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

7. Original Shipping Costs

  • Non-refundable for change-of-mind returns
  • Fully refunded if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

8. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items. To request an exchange, contact us with your order details. If there is a price difference, we will arrange payment or a partial refund accordingly.

9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 30 days
  • Provide your order number and a photo

We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

10. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing, contact us immediately. We will resolve the issue at no cost to you, including return shipping if required.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

12. Partial Returns

If returning part of an order, shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.

13. International Returns

For orders outside the United Kingdom, return shipping and any customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
