Stainless Steel Apple Slicer and Corer, 8 Slices, 9.5 cm | Welvere

This stainless steel apple slicer and corer has a central corer surrounded by eight blades. Centre it over the core and press down to cut fruit into eight slices while removing the core in one motion.

It is suitable for apples, pears, potatoes, onions and pitayas, with a maximum produce diameter of 9.5 cm / 3.74 in. Use it to prepare fruit for school lunches, office breaks or party platters.

Slicing and coring

Align the central corer with the fruit’s core, then press the slicer down to produce eight slices and remove the core. The eight blades surround the central corer.

• The slicer is suitable for most medium or large fruits and vegetables with a diameter up to 9.5 cm / 3.74 in.

Construction

The blades are made from 304 stainless steel. The frame and handle are reinforced stainless steel, joined in a 360° seamless reinforced welded structure described as resistant to bending.

Use and handling

The slicer is not recommended for extremely hard fruits such as guavas or fruits with very large, hard pits. Excessive force on these may deform the blades over time.

1. Position the slicer over the fruit, aligning the central corer with the core.
2. Press down to slice the fruit and remove its core.

Cleaning and care

The slicer is dishwasher safe. For hand washing, rinse it under running water with soap, or wash it promptly in warm soapy water. Take care around the sharp blades when washing by hand.
